75 Minute Sessions
These hour and 15-minute-long sessions allow the amount of time it takes to make significant progress toward gaining greater insight to your current circumstances and past experiences contributing to inner and outer conflicts. Together we'll make a personal inventory of your inner resources, regain stability, increase self-awareness, advance into well-being, and align new perspectives and capacities into positive life changes.
4 Wave Set
The 4 Wave Set is an effective and affordable way to bundle four sequential consultations. These are structured sessions involving direct inquiry and observational feedback in a comprehensive working timeframe. Compassionately focused reviews of causality, effect, and accountability in ones experiences can reveal dormant insights leading to realizations and expediant resolutions.
